Yes, we do offer exchanges. Please contact us through return form and refer to returns page.
How can I return an item?
We guarantee to refund any full price item if you are not completely happy. Goods must be returned to us in condition as sold, within 14 days of purchase.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment once goods are received and checked. Item(s) will only be fully refunded if returned in the same condition as received, with the original tag still attached. If not, we will send the item(s) back to you, as this would illustrate that the product has been worn.
Please avoid make-up transfer marks and strong smells / deodorant , remove all jewellery to avoid snagging while trying on the them(s) and take care when handling delicate materials to prevent any damage. If a product includes a belt, it is returned without the belt then the refund will be refused and the item will be immediately shipped back out to you.
When will my order arrive?
If it is a standard delivery, your order will take 2-4 working days. If Next Day Delivery is chosen, your order will be with you by 1pm next day.
What are the delivery options?
For ‘Standard Delivery’ it is 2-4 working days.
For ‘Next Day Delivery’- it will be with you Next Day before 1pm (needs to be signed for). This excludes weekends.
How long do refunds take?
A refund will normally take 3-5 days once the item has been returned back to us if the labels are intact and returned to us in condition as sold.
Can I return sale items?
Sale items are returnable. Please refer to Return Policy.
Are you getting more in stock?
If we are out of stock just leave your email and we will notify you when the item becomes available again.
What if the product is faulty?
If the product is faulty send it back to us free of charge and we can either replace the item or refund you.
